Our Training Program
For those new to the industry or for professionals looking to add to their knowledge and skill base, MB Stone Care offers stone restoration classes.
Our mission in these stone restoration training classes is to provide you with the wisdom we have gained in our careers, and the experiences we’ve faced that can help you operate your own company or improve upon your skills in the business to be more profitable. Who doesn’t want to make more money?!
Throughout the days of your classes, you’ll receive the most dedicated, unbiased look into all of the MB line of stone restoration equipment, tools, diamonds, polishing compounds and accessories, and get the chance to try out your skills in engaging situations that require the right touch and a quick mind.

This Introduction course spans 4 days. Classes begin at 9:00 AM and lunch will be provided daily. Classes usually end at about 5:00 PM, but we’ll stay as long as you want to work.
Professional Countertop class will span 4 days. Sessions begin at 9:00 AM and lunch will be provided daily. You should have basic knowledge of machines and polishing or have attended our Introduction class before attending.
Professional Floor training will run for 4 days with lunch provided daily. Your day will begin at 9:00 AM You should have basic knowledge of machines and polishing or have attended our Introduction class before attending.

Small Class Size to Ensure Proper Attention is Given.
Classes are available for 10-12 people at a time to guarantee a class environment conducive to learning, with plenty of hands on opportunities for an interactive training experience. Space can fill up quickly and if you have multiple employees or trainees you would like to ensure attend the same course period, please call us and we’ll arrange a schedule that best works for your needs.
If you are unable to attend the professional training courses, you can purchase MB’s one and only Natural Stone Maintenance and Restoration Guide online. Online course are also available in stonecareedu.com as well. The master class is a great place to start.
Stuart Rosen
It’s not just a job, “It’s a Passion”. As a former apprentice to Maurizio Bertolli, Stu Rosen acquired his knowledge and skills in the craft of stone refinishing from the best of the best. He has continued to be an innovator always researching to find and/or create new products. Stu has a passion to learn and evolve in the stone industry. A recognized industry icon (or “Stone Guru”- as many Stone Professionals refer to him), Stu is dedicated to consumer education and continues to maintain Maurizio’s legacy, specializing in restoration and re-polishing of marble, granite, and all other natural or engineered stones. Stu is the owner of MB Stone Care and Supply LLC, MB Stone Professional, and Stoneshine NJ.
Cameron DeMille
Cameron DeMille has earned several awards for his work in stone refinishing, including 2009 Stone Fabricators Alliance Educator of the Year, and 2016 Coverings Rockstar Award. He was also the co-founder of Easy Stone Care, a company that offered top tier training courses in marble and natural stone restoration from 2010-2020. Cameron has provided professionals around the world with stone machinery, patented cleaning solutions and hands-on instructional classes to strengthen your stone skills.
A seasoned professional in all things stone, Cameron is available for all your stone education needs.
Denise Daniels
Denise Daniels began working with MB Stone in 2011. Since that time she has developed a greater passion for stone as well the products to care and maintain them. By being dedicated to always furthering her knowledge, she has become one the main contacts for MB’s stone professionals. She doesn’t just sell products; she makes sure each customer has the tools and understanding needed to get their job done correctly.
Now a well loved and respected staple at MB Stone, Denise is known for her expertise and commitment to customer service over the years. Along with MB Stone team, Denise aims to create a culture of value, respect, and passion that ensures unparalleled customer service, innovative products, and education to preserve and maintain the beauty of stone.
Denise has written blog posts and articles explaining sealers to educate others on their true purpose and limitations. She also partnered with Geologist Karin Kirk in creating the first ever Stone ID kit. Over the years Denise has been a huge part in product design and testing. Most recently, she helped MB Stone create one of the only marble safe hand soap.
Now part owner of MB Stone, Denise has made it a point to give women the recognition they deserve. Over the years she made it known that she can be a big part in this male dominated industry. She has brought many women into the industry who have gained so much knowledge over the years working with her. She expands her knowledge daily and extends that knowledge to her employees and other women like herself. Those around her know that she is not afraid to get her hands dirty and put in the work needed to get the job done.
Course Info
The entire seminar will span 4 days and will start at 9 AM and end when someone cries Uncle. Lunch will be provided daily. Transportation will be provided to and from class, if needed as well.

Pre Qualification of the customer.
Marketing, Pricing, Contracts, Advertising, Profiting
All topics covered will be demonstrated by instructors to show the procedure. Then students will have the opportunity to get on machines and work what they have been shown for themselves. During this course, each student will fix a crack, polish a vertical and horizontal piece of stone, and hone and polish a floor section using one of our Klindex planetary and/or a Swing machines. And, don’t forget, we will be available after the official end of each days training session for students that wish to get some additional practice and to make sure students have a grasp of everything we covered.
Our class location is in our new facility in North Carolina Class will be held at 2301 Industrial Park Drive Wilson, NC 27893.
*There will be transportation available from the hotel to the class everyday and lunch will also be provided.
**The class and conversation continue as we share dinner together as well. Of course this is optional.
For those who desire even more in depth interaction with our expert trainers, MB STONE now also offers this training as a private class. We ask you have at least 5 students. It will be 21 hours of instruction presented in a two 10.5 hour or three 7 hour days. These classes will follow the same core topics listed above but in an even more dynamic fashion with lots of hands on training.
