Professional Stone Cleaner Products & Chemicals
Stone is unforgiving - choose the wrong chemistry and you etch a polished marble lobby or trap soil under a new sealer. MB Stone Professional curates a chemistry line that lets contractors hit aggressive job timelines without risking callbacks.
From pH-neutral daily sprays to industrial degreasers and poultice systems, every product in this collection has been vetted against real-world site conditions by stone restorers - so you can spec with confidence and get straight to work.
Curated Collection of Stone Cleaner & Restoration Chemicals
Vetted Brands, Proven in the Field
Only lines that maintain stone integrity after multiple restoration cycles make the cut - from our in-house MB Stone Care formulas to specialty solutions from Faber and Sure Klean.
Formulations for Every Challenge
Whether you need a pH-neutral daily cleaner that flashes dry with no haze (MB-5) or an alkaline hammer for heavy soil (MB-2), you’ll find the exact chemistry profile—acidic, alkaline, neutral or bio-active—clearly labelled below.
Field-Ready Concentrations
Most products ship in contractor-strength concentrates or gallon formats to drive cost per square foot down on large venues without compromising dwell time performance.
Advanced Formulation
Our professional stone cleaners have advanced formulations that are more effective at treating a variety of stone types and conditions. They are engineered to penetrate deeper into the porous surfaces of stone, providing a comprehensive clean that maintains the stone’s integrity and appearance.
Specialized Applications
Certain types of stone and finishes require specialized cleaning solutions to prevent damage. Our professional cleaners are tailored for these specific applications, ensuring that even the most sensitive surfaces are cared for properly.
Long-Term Protection
Using our professional stone cleaners can also offer long-term benefits, such as enhanced protection against wear, tear, and future staining..

Choosing the Right Chemical for the Job
Understand the Stone Profile
Granite and quartzite tolerate wider pH swings, while calcite-based marbles demand neutral to mildly alkaline cleaners. Always begin with a spot test in an inconspicuous area before committing site-wide.
Match Chemistry to Soil Load
Grease-rich kitchen floors respond faster to MB-2’s alkaline surfactant package, whereas mineral crust on shower walls yields to MB-3’s balanced alkaline formulation.
Factor in Finish Goals
Polished lobby floors require products that rinse film-free; honed terrace stone can handle a stronger dwell time but may need a poultice follow-up to restore uniform color.
Professional Cleaning & Restoration Workflow
Step 1 – Assess & Test
Evaluate stone type, finish, existing coatings and traffic pattern. Perform a pH and porosity spot test with water and the intended cleaner.
Step 2 – Pre-Clean for Safety
Remove loose grit and organic matter using a neutral daily cleaner such as MB-5 to prevent abrasive slurry during deep cleaning.
Step 3 – Deep Clean / Restore
Apply the selected heavy-duty cleaner:
-
Alkaline Degrease: MB-2 at 1:10 dilution for food service floors; scrub with a medium pad and recover slurry.
-
Acidic Descale: MB-3 ready-to-use on vertical shower stone; allow 5-minute dwell and rinse under low pressure.
- Biological Eradication: MB-9 for mold; spray, wait until staining blanches, then flush thoroughly.
Step 4 – Neutralize & Rinse
Balance surface pH with clean water or a neutralizer rinse before any polishing or sealing steps. This safeguards against latent chemical activity that can haunt a finish weeks later.
Step 5 – Protect & Maintain
Lock in the clean with an appropriate impregnating sealer (see Sealers category) and prescribe a daily pH-neutral regimen to the site team.
