The Vortex flexible system is a diamond system for cleaning and maintenance of already polished terrazzo, marble, concrete, and other types of floors. All components of the Vortex system can be used with conventional cleaning/maintenance equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, propane or electrical burnisher, planetary floor machines.

How to Use the Vortex DIP System
Step 1 – Rejuvenate (800 Grit)
Wet‑clean targeted dull spots, then proceed to Step 2 and Step 3 as needed.
Step 2 – Restore Traffic Lanes (1 500 Grit)
Use periodically on heavy‑use areas; follow immediately with Step 3 for uniform gloss.
Step 3 – Routine Shine Keeper (3 000 Grit)
Run wet or dry on every cleaning cycle to keep floors clear and bright.
Step 4 – Marble Final Polish (8 500 Grit)
For marble only. A quick wet pass delivers a showroom‑level finish.
Aggressive Correction – Black & Red Pads
Start with Black (120‑220 Grit) for deep scratch removal, or Red (220‑400 Grit) for medium honing before moving into the standard four‑step sequence.
