The newly designed HRC 650 features the legendary DCT system, which allows the user to switch between planetary and rotary mode in seconds. Planetary mode is ideal for grinding and polishing concrete. Rotary mode (DCT ON) allows for more aggressive grinding and prep and is ideal for coating removal and initial grinding.
